About The Service Live! Share - is a new value added service which will help users to record and share videos instantly through their mobile phone on an internet (3G or GPRS) connection. User can share videos with friends on popular social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube; or can directly share it through a free SMS. People have always used mobile phones to click pictures and record videos. But sharing videos with family and friends has not been easy. User has to connect to a PC through a data cable or bluetooth, transfer files to PC and then share it. Live! Share helps (i.e. solves all the pain of) sharing a video. Through Live! Share, user can just click, record a video through handset cameras. After recording, he/she can immediately send a SMS to a friend, or post it as a status update on Facebook, Tweet it on twitter account or directly upload it to YouTube. All this can be done through Live! Share mobile application only, without any requirement of a PC or a data cable or bluetooth.
Service Activation Process User needs a BSNL 3G or GPRS connection. Application is free (only 3G/GPRS data charges applicable) and can be installed either by - 1. SMS �LIVE� to 58877, you will receive a message containing link to the application. 2. Download the application from SMS link present in message from 58877. 3. Install the application. 4. Open the back camera of your phone. 5. Open the application; it will go from Connecting, to Preparing, to Ready. 6. Now click on �Broadcast Now�. 7. It will show broadcasting and a URL will be displayed on bottom side banner. The live stream will be available at this URL. You and your friends with whom you have shared the broadcast can view the stream LIVE on this URL through PC or mobile. 8. Click on �Stop� to stop the broadcast. 9. Let the application upload the video till 100%, after which it comes to ready. You can start your second recording now if you want. 10. You can also create a list of recipients for sharing, by SMS. Click on �Share by SMS� and make your list by selecting numbers from your phone book. After you do this, SMS for all your broadcasts will be going to these people automatically. 11. You can also share on Facebook, twitter and YouTube by going to Options during the broadcast. You need to setup your accounts on the mobile browser at http://live.58877.in.
Service Tariff Live! Share is a prepaid service : Using Live! Share application: Customers will have to buy subscription / Data Packs based on data usage of the following options: � Rs 5/- pack (with validity of 3 days, after which the amount will be lost). � Rs 25/- pack (with 1 month validity from the date of subscription, after which the amount will be lost). � Any pack in multiple of Rs 50/-, Validity will be 1 month from the date of subscription for packs below Rs 300/-. After the subscription period the unused amount will be lost. Validity will be 3 month from the date of subscription for packs above Rs 300/-. After the subscription period the unused amount will be lost. � Out of the above packs, Content Upload Charges: - @ Rs 1/- per MB. Content Viewing (Down Streaming) / Download Charges: - @ Rs 1/- per MB for subscribed customers (having access to live as well as recorded content). Content Viewing (Down Streaming) / Download Charges: - @ Rs 2/- per MB for non-subscribed customers (having access to only recorded content). GPRS/3G charges as per user plan are also applicable apart from above mentioned charges. Social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter have become very popular among youth, and sharing videos and images has become the favorite activity for them. Live! Share application will bring an entirely new experience for the user to share videos.
