"Dial a Video" Service is a VAS service through which BSNL’s Subscribers can watch videos on mobile phones. Service can be accessed by users in 3G networks by making a video call to a short code 51010 and choosing the content and application of his choice. The user will need to have a video call enabled phone.

There is no need of any special knowledge, the service is interactive and easy to use for common users in 3G network area and can access entertainment or video based services on their mobile anytime anywhere just by dialing a video call on code 51010, like Comedy, Devotional, Kids, Bollywood Gossip, Music Videos, Astrology etc.

Video Call through the short codes will be charged at Rs 2 per min.Charges are inclusive of Content and Data.
